Meet the Doc

Dr. Bryan Valdez

When Dr. Valdez was in high school, he knew that he wanted to work in preventative medicine. After watching his older brother, a collegiate baseball player, tear his labrum and 3 out of 4 of the rotator cuff muscles completely, he grew passionate about injury prevention. “Unfortunately, we see career-ending injuries like this more often than we should, and the athletes are getting younger & younger.” Dr. Valdez aims to share his knowledge so that injuries like these can be avoided or at the very least, minimized. His goal is the educate others about how to gain strength in the right places & alter biomechanics to reduce the risk of injury in baseball athletes so that they can enjoy the game for as long as possible.

Dr. Valdez graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BS in Kinesiology, University of Houston - Clear Lake with a MS in Exercise & Human Performance, and Texas Chiropractic College with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He is currently practicing in the Northwest Houston area where he keeps many athletes healthy, not just baseball players.
